Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased during special sales, discounts, or clearance offers
Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging or tags
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

Product name
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
